Over the past 25 years she has painted or penned over 3,000 homes, cityscapes, and village scenes from Maine to Hawaii, Australia to Scotland. Her client list has included such notables as director Frank Capra and George & Barbara Bush. With striking detail, rich color combinations and wonderful sense of sunlight and shadow, Kathleen McNally has established herself as a professional illustrator, architectural renderer and portrait artist. Commissioned watercolor house portraits are very popular. Kathleen continues to add to her repertoire - a local village green, historic site, city skyline or simply a warm place in your heart. Many of her watercolors are available on fine English coasters, placemats, trays, music boxes and other items available in gift shops and catalogs. Kathleen McNally divides her time between her Kennebunk, Maine and Florida studios. |
Kathleen
McNally's appreciation and love for art began at a young age. At
fourteen she studied under an artist in New York and the following
year sold her first watercolor.
